Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using AI Portraits Studio ("the Service") operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Portraits Studio provides an AI-powered service that generates professional headshots based on user-uploaded photos. Users purchase credits to generate these images.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. User Content & Conduct

You retain all rights to the photos you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You agree not to upload:

  • Photos of other people without their consent.
  • Nude, pornographic, or sexually explicit content.
  • Content that is illegal, hateful, or promotes violence.
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. AI Generations

You own the rights to the AI-generated images created by the Service. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes. However, due to the nature of AI, we cannot guarantee that the generated images will be unique or error-free.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • Credits: Services are purchased via credits. Credits are non-transferable.
  • Refunds: Due to the high computational costs of AI generation, we generally do not offer refunds once the AI training process has started. However, if you are unsatisfied with the results due to a technical error, please contact support@aiportraits.space for review.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Portraits Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Portraits Studio and its licensors.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
